Has Wrestling cleaned up its act on the drug scene

WWE confirmed that every superstar has been tested recently and that BIG susspensions are likly to follow
but has the drug culture died out of proffessional wrestling?
I say the usage of drugs such as steroids is decreasing in the WWE,
how ever in other organisations such as TNA i think that the organisers turn to much of a blind eye to drug users
