As we reported yesterday Paul London was scheduled to appear in TNA as the tag team partner of the Amazing Red, but canceled last minute. He was replaced by Suicide in the tag team pairings, and current TNA X Division Champion, and former X Division Champion Amazing Red defeated Sabin & Shelly in the Team 3D Tag Team Tournament.

At the taping Sabin & Shelly claimed Suicide was really Daniels (who has been playing Suicide), which suggests Kaz is likely very close to ready to return to the role he initiated prior to injury.

BTW, Paul London also canceled off of Mike O'Brien's NE Wrestling show for this Saturday in Rockland, NY

For those that have not noticed TNA now is calling Christopher Daniels, Daniels. Not sure exactly why, but maybe an explanation will be forthcoming in storyline.

A British "heel" group of Brutus Magnus, Doug Williams and Rob Terry attacked Hernandez, "injuring" him, then defeated Homicide alone in the tag tournament. Expect Homicide to be used more as a single in X Division matches, and Hernandez in Heavyweight matches. A while back in TNA storyline he was promised a World Title title shot, but that may need to wait a few weeks as the injury angle was done for a reason as Hernandez may need some minor surgery.

At the end of the taped Main Event for April 30th, Nash & Booker T faced Samoa Joe & AJ Styles with Joe arriving late for the match, and AJ ended up losing after a belt shot. Joe & AJ then argued and brawled. Looks like an AJ Styles vs Samoa Joe may be a new direction and if so these will be some of the best matches seem on iMPACT and/or PPV in a while. While I was with TNA we regularly featured AJ vs Joe matches at house hows, and all reports called these matches the match of the night, so something to look forward to for sure.
